Key Responsibilities:
- Connecting clients with appropriate community resources.
- Utilizing clinical expertise to guide treatment decisions.
- Handling mandated reporting processes responsibly.
- Supporting a culture of innovation and growth within the team.
- Developing personalized treatment strategies based on client assessments.
- Keeping detailed and compliant documentation of client care.
Earnings: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
- Active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure in California.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outpatient mental health settings.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and basic office software.
- A genuine interest in serving diverse populations.
