Full-Time Mental Health Counselor Needed in Atlanta, Georgia

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who is driven to help clients navigate mental health challenges. This position involves providing therapeutic care, working alongside a team of professionals, and supporting clients through evidence-based therapeutic methods. Strong skills in client engagement and behavior therapy are essential.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments and create individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapy through a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Implement behavior strategies to promote client progress.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date client records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).
• Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required.
• At least two years of professional therapy experience.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience with electronic medical records is a plus.
