About the Role:
Help clients achieve balance and well-being through virtual counseling sessions tailored to their individual challenges and aspirations. This position empowers you to make a difference while providing the flexibility of remote work.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one teletherapy sessions addressing work-life harmony, stress management, and personal growth.
  • Support clients in setting and achieving personal or career milestones.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to refine our telehealth solutions.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
