Are you ready to help clients achieve their mental health goals? Join our team and utilize your expertise as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT to make a real difference. Our platform ensures you work exclusively with stable, low-acuity clients, allowing you to focus on their progress during therapy sessions.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Duties Include:

  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to determine the best course of action.
  • Develop and execute individualized plans that align with each client's goals.
  • Provide therapy using effective, research-based methods.
  • Address immediate mental health needs during crisis situations.
  • Continue professional education to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Required Qualifications:

  • Active license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Empathetic and client-centered approach to care.
  • Strong organizational skills for effective time management.
