Virtual Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Empower Others in Barrow, Alaska

Join a virtual role designed for licensed professionals (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) eager to guide clients toward better mental health. Collaborate with a team that values empathy, innovation, and impactful therapy.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities Include:

  • Offering therapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Performing comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies.
  • Crafting personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Coordinating with other professionals for holistic client support.
  • Documenting client progress with accuracy and attention to detail.

Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, paired with excellent benefits.

Role Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling).
  • Active licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
  • A strong track record of developing treatment plans and fostering growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
