Virtual Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Empower Others in Barrow, Alaska

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Offering therapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups.
- Performing comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies.
- Crafting personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Coordinating with other professionals for holistic client support.
- Documenting client progress with accuracy and attention to detail.
Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, paired with excellent benefits.
Role Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling).
- Active licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
- A strong track record of developing treatment plans and fostering growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
