Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Your Role:

  • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and design tailored treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Keep precise, confidential records that adhere to HIPAA standards.
  • Collaborate with peers in consultations and team meetings to elevate care quality.
  • Provide educational resources to patients and families, empowering them with tools for resilience.
  • Stay informed about advancements in the field to ensure cutting-edge care for clients.

Compensation: $90k - $110k annually, plus full benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
  • Proven experience in solution-focused therapy and excellent communication skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a dedication to professional growth.
