We’re hiring licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) for fully remote roles. If your focus is on providing excellent care and advancing clinical outcomes, you’re the professional we’re looking for.

Position Overview:
Type: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Role:

• Lead virtual therapy sessions, guiding clients through their mental health journeys.
• Establish a safe and trusting environment for client communication.
• Partner with clients to set and achieve their mental health goals.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Full licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A proven track record in therapy delivery and treatment planning.
• Exceptional virtual communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with online therapy platforms.
