Mental Health Therapists Needed in Roanoke, Virginia

We are in search of dedicated Mental Health Therapists in Virginia to support clients, families, and couples on their journey to mental wellness. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality behavioral health services for all, advocating for mental health as a fundamental right.

This role provides a collaborative team environment and focuses on professional growth while offering wellness opportunities to prevent burnout and encourage self-care.

Position Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and provide strength-based interventions.
• Create customized therapy plans focused on skill development and resilience.
• Design safety, crisis, and wellness plans tailored to client needs.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a benefits package that prioritizes your well-being.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Virginia.
• Ability to assess and meet complex client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
