Position Summary
This full-time role focuses on providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, working alongside other healthcare professionals, and pursuing professional development opportunities.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with excellent benefits included.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Keep comprehensive documentation of all sessions
• Collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient care
• Stay active in professional training initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
• Active LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of therapy experience
• Proficiency in communication and conflict resolution
• Experience with electronic health record systems
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
