Mental Health Therapist Careers Across California
We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to work in a structured environment with pre-screened, low-acuity clients. This role emphasizes therapy without administrative distractions.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus full benefits

Primary Duties:

  • Evaluate clients through detailed mental health assessments.
  • Develop and manage effective, individualized treatment strategies.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Address crisis intervention needs with confidence and empathy.
  • Engage in ongoing professional learning to refine skills.

Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
