Full-Time Virtual Therapist – Storm Lake, Iowa

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to client needs
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to support individuals and families
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on progress
• Coordinate with external resources for additional client support
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date clinical records

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active LICSW license in Iowa
• Experience in telehealth or similar settings is a plus
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
