Job Overview
Make an impact in your community as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. This role focuses on providing top-tier mental health care to individuals and families while fostering an environment of growth and healing.
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, with a full benefits package.
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Duties
- Provide individual and family therapy to address various mental health needs.
- Assess clients’ situations and establish effective care plans.
- Employ evidence-based techniques to support patient progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Keep detailed client records and participate in regular professional development.
Skills
- Master’s degree with current licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
- Experience in clinical counseling and mental health services.
- Ability to engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
