Job Overview

Make an impact in your community as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. This role focuses on providing top-tier mental health care to individuals and families while fostering an environment of growth and healing.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, with a full benefits package.

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Duties

  • Provide individual and family therapy to address various mental health needs.
  • Assess clients’ situations and establish effective care plans.
  • Employ evidence-based techniques to support patient progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
  • Keep detailed client records and participate in regular professional development.

Skills

  • Master’s degree with current licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
  • Experience in clinical counseling and mental health services.
  • Ability to engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
