Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Full-Time Position in Williston, Vermont

Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.

Key Duties:

• Perform client assessments to build effective treatment strategies.
• Deliver therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Assist clients in achieving their mental health aspirations.
• Maintain precise, confidential client documentation.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related area.
• Active Vermont LCMHC license.
• Experience working with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
