Role Highlights:

• Work from home | Set schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Base salary: $100K–$110K annually, plus performance-based incentives

What You’ll Handle:

• Deliver therapy through structured online sessions
• Develop care plans using integrated assessment tools
• Join peer consults and regular learning opportunities

We’re Looking For:

• Licensed mental health professional in Florida (LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
• 1+ year of autonomous client care
• CBT proficiency and comfort with EMR platforms
