Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Homer, Alaska

Licensed Mental Health Counselors with LMFT, LCSW, or LPC credentials are invited to apply to join a team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality client care. Position Details:

  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counseling via teletherapy
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches for treatment delivery
  • Develop tailored treatment plans addressing client-specific needs
  • Encourage self-awareness in clients regarding their emotional and relational well-being
  • Track client progress and foster healthy coping strategies

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
  • Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
  • A minimum of two years of clinical mental health experience
