Job Overview

We are adding a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to our growing practice. In this role, you will deliver counseling services to individuals and families, playing a key role in enhancing their well-being.

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with a full benefits package.

Duties:

• Support individuals and families in achieving mental health goals.
• Conduct assessments to create tailored treatment plans.
• Offer therapy sessions to address personal and relational challenges.
• Incorporate evidence-based methods into practice for effective outcomes.
• Partner with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Keep accurate records and stay informed about new developments in the field.

Skills:

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Experience providing counseling and mental health support.
• Skilled in working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in conducting patient evaluations and managing treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
