Position Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a benefits package that prioritizes your well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and interventions for new clients and families.
• Develop personalized therapy plans for individuals, couples, and families aimed at skill-building and resilience.
• Create crisis, safety, and wellness plans for clients in need of structured support.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Virginia.
• Experience addressing complex client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
