The Role:

A position is available for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to work with adult individuals and couples. This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and provide therapy
• Ensure timely documentation within 24 hours
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in collaborative case discussions
• Maintain organized and thorough client records

What You Need:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline
• Independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW)
• Comfort with virtual therapy platforms
