Mental Health Therapist – Elmont, New York

Work Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay Range: $115K–$120K annually + benefits
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active NY license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Master’s-level education in Social Work or a related field
- Skilled in using EHR software and video sessions
Job Functions:
- Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and families
- Design and implement client-centered treatment plans
- Coordinate with care teams to support continuity of care
