Associate Therapist – San Francisco, California

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year

Overview
A structured clinical setting is seeking associate-level therapists ready to build experience in community-based mental health. You'll work with individuals managing a range of emotional and behavioral concerns and be supported through supervision and consistent caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy services across individual and group formats
• Complete intake assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation within required timelines
• Participate in team consultations and ongoing supervision
• Refer clients to external services as needed

Requirements

• AMFT, ASW, or APCC license in California
• Master’s in counseling, psychology, or social work
• Familiarity with outpatient treatment models
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
