Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) Needed in Montpelier, Vermont

Are you an experienced therapist with a commitment to helping others? We’re seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. If you have a strong background in providing therapy across various demographics and are proficient in evidence-based treatments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to make a lasting impact.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed assessments to evaluate client needs and craft tailored treatment strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one, couples, and family counseling sessions using an array of therapeutic methods.
  • Collaborate with clients to create realistic goals and track progress throughout the course of therapy.
  • Ensure all client records are accurate and confidential, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in mental health counseling and engage in continuous professional development.

Compensation: $90k - $110k annually plus full benefits.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related discipline.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
  • Proven experience in delivering therapy to a variety of populations.
  • Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team.
