Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) – Burlington, Vermont

Experienced mental health professionals looking to make an impact will find a meaningful career opportunity here. As our team expands, we’re adding Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors to support individuals in achieving mental wellness through personalized, evidence-based care.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients comprehensively and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using effective methodologies.
  • Guide clients in identifying personal goals and progress milestones.
  • Ensure detailed, confidential documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Stay informed on industry developments through professional growth initiatives.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a full benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a similar field.
  • Active LCMHC license in your state.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently and within a team.
