Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) – Outpatient Setting

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to provide therapy in an outpatient setting in Essex Junction, Vermont. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering effective therapeutic interventions.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually + full benefits

Key Duties:

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment strategies.
• Lead individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
• Help clients set measurable goals and support their progress.
• Maintain clear and confidential records.
• Stay engaged in professional development and emerging therapy techniques.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline.
• LCMHC license in Vermont.
• Experience working with diverse client groups.
• Proficiency in evidence-based counseling methods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
