Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Rutland, Vermont

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, with full benefits provided.

Key Duties:

• Conduct client evaluations and craft personalized treatment strategies.
• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Guide clients in setting and achieving therapy-related goals.
• Keep detailed and confidential client records in line with ethical standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in counseling and participate in training programs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a relevant field.
• Active LCMHC license in your state.
• Experience providing therapy to clients from diverse communities.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
