Clinical Social Worker (Telehealth) - Full-Time Opportunity in Santa Monica, California
We are a growing outpatient practice, and we are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our telehealth team and contribute to helping clients discover healing and develop a sense of mastery over their lives through mindfulness and taking action
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:

Complete assessments of client’s mental health needs and provide telehealth or in-person behavioral health services to individual clients and groups

Documenting client services in EHR and practice management system

Deliver services in a culturally sensitive manner, acknowledging the diverse backgrounds, identities, and values of clients

To establish and maintain effective and mutually respectful relationships with professionals and support staff

Write detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports as needed to document client care.

Engage in crisis intervention when needed, providing immediate support and linking clients to appropriate resources

Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school

Active, unrestricted, and Current license to practice as an LCSW in the state of California

Demonstrates excellent clinical skills

Ability to stay organized and keep calendar availability up to date to enable efficient client session scheduling

Ability to effectively and efficiently complete progress notes after client sessions
