FULL-TIME/PART-TIME LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR (LMHC) NEEDED

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about making a positive impact on clients' lives through telehealth services. As a vital member of our team, you will provide virtual counseling and support to individuals, helping them address their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct secure and confidential telehealth counseling sessions with clients using our designated platform.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral concerns.
  • Offer immediate support and intervention in crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Educate clients about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources to empower them in managing their mental health effectively.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in mental health counseling through ongoing professional development.

Job Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)in the state where you practice.

Master's degree or higher in counseling or a related field.

Minimum of two years experience in the same related field.

Prior experience providing telehealth counseling services is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in telehealth technology and platforms.

Adherence to ethical and confidential counseling practices.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
