Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Job Types: Full-time, Remote

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Summary:

Provide mental health services to children and parents that are impacted by autism and neurodevelopmental disorders in individual and group treatment. We value and appreciate our counselors and firmly believe that the best way to take care of our patients is to take excellent care of our team members!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency mental health services; may include periodic on-call coverage on nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Provide counseling
  • Refer parents and patients to resources or community treatment providers as appropriate
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical notes, monthly statistics, and any other clinical documentation
  • Provide training, consultation, and support to other as needed

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical counseling
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC): unrestricted, independent, current, active
  • Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes
  • Organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files
  • Familiarity with privacy, health, and safety laws
