Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM

Responsibilities:

• Providing individualized therapy and counseling services to a variety of clients, including families and groups.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on in-depth assessments of each client's needs.
• Collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic care.
• Tracking client progress with thorough documentation, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Keeping your skills sharp by staying informed on the latest advancements in the mental health field.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year plus full benefits.

Ideal Candidate:

• Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
• Active state licensure as an LMHC or its equivalent.
• Solid experience with a wide range of mental health challenges and client demographics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive environment for clients.
• A flexible, team-oriented approach to problem-solving and care delivery.
