Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Denison, IA

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide virtual mental health services to clients across Iowa. This fully remote position allows you to deliver high-quality therapy from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact through a secure telehealth platform. 

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits 

Job Duties:

• Conduct virtual assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote therapy to individuals, couples, and families addressing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
• Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed.
• Collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Iowa state regulations.
• Participate in remote case reviews and continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

• Active LMHC license in Iowa, in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and technical skills for virtual sessions.
• Reliable high-speed internet and HIPAA-compliant home office setup.
