Full-time/Part-time Professional Counselor needed at Terradise Behavioral Healthcare in Phoenix, AZ

Schedule:

8 am to 5 pm (Monday through Friday)

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a youth-focused mental health clinician to work in our office. The clinician will:

• Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients.

• Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client.

• Perform intake assessments.

• Perform individual sessions per week.

• Participate in individual supervision.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers.

• Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work.

 

QUALIFICATION:

• Master's Degree in Counseling or any related degree.

• Current licensure as LPC in the state of practice

• Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year experience in dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Two (2) years of experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual and group therapy.

• Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills.

 

PAY:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
