Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year
Job description:
We are currently scheduling interviews for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) interested in full-time caseloads or looking to supplement their existing practice census. Our dedicated team of administrative assistants and clinical providers utilize an integrative approach, incorporating best practices, to support our psychotherapists. We empower our network of wellness practitioners with the flexibility to create their own schedules, choose their preferred client age groups, and specialize in areas they are passionate about. Each practitioner is carefully matched with clients within their expertise and scope of practice. We have a dedicated coordinator for initial intakes, as well as a billing specialist who completes pre-authorizations, and handles credentialing and all billing matters.
Responsibilities:
• Provide psychotherapy services through telehealth, in-office sessions, or a hybrid model.
• Specialize in areas of interest such as; adults, children, teens, geriatrics, couples, military veterans, and more.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic charting for all client interactions.
• Interested in growing caseload by an additional 15-35 clients.
Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Professional Counseling (LPCC).
• Active Licensed in California as Professional Counselor.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in this field.
• Proficiency in psychotherapy guidelines and electronic documentation.
• Strong communication skills and dedication to utilizing best practices in therapy.
• Experience or interest in integrative wellness services.
