Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Description:

Our Outpatient Therapy program offers flexible, supportive care designed to fit into the lives of individuals seeking to improve their mental health. Patients receive high-quality therapy while continuing to manage their daily responsibilities.

 Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care
• Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment
• Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/ procedures as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling (LPCC)
• Active LPCC license in the state of CA
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in clinical counseling
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
