Now Hiring: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – South Gate, California

We are a behavioral health company seeking a skilled Licensed Counselor (LPCC). This position is designed for a licensed clinician who feels passionate about delivering trauma-informed care and has a willingness to integrate psychodynamic interventions into their current therapeutic approach. Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000 per year + benefits 

 Job Duties:

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based approaches.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and crisis interventions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Utilize culturally sensitive approaches to address the diverse needs of clients.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and professional development sessions.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPCC license in the state of California
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience
  • Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care)
  • Strong diagnostic, assessment, and therapeutic skills
  • Experience with telehealth platforms (if applying for remote roles) is a plus
