Your Role:

  • Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnosing and treating complex illnesses.
  • Administer therapeutic interventions, including splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures.
  • Apply critical thinking skills, adhering to evidence-based standards of practice.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient encounters.
  • Analyze test data for diagnosis, treatment, and appropriate follow-up arrangements.
  • Educate patients and families on acute illness treatment and overall health management.
  • Navigate difficult conversations about end-of-life issues and care goals effectively.
  • Communicate seamlessly with patients, families, medical power of attorney, primary care providers, and all involved in patient care.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems, adhering to clinical and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate care with compassion, empathy, and cultural competency.
  • Maintain positive relationships with DHMT partners and remote teams. Participate in training sessions and clinical team meetings.
  • Uphold professional etiquette, serving as an ambassador for Northern Infinite Well Hospital.
  • Take a leadership role in your practice, always prioritizing what's right for the patient.

Qualifications:

  • Active state nursing license.
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Perks:
