He/she will work collaboratively with the physicians, to provide short-term and long-range patient care issues. Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories, Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans. You will be working with a full team and support staff. Come make a difference in the life of the community that you serve.

Minimum qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited program
• Two years’ experience in ambulatory care setting preferred
• Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination
• Current PA/NP license in the state of CT
