Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to unveil the root and depth of their pain.
• Craft personalized treatment plans, uniquely tailored to each patient's needs, using a dynamic multidisciplinary approach.
• Implement diverse pain management techniques, from medication management to innovative interventional procedures and alternative therapies.

Requirements:

• Hold a current Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Possess an active state nursing license.
• Hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health or public health settings.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse populations.
• Exhibit a commitment to social justice, health equity, and advocacy for vulnerable communities.

Salary and Benefits:
