Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Beaverton, Oregon
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful difference in an Assisted Living Facility in Oregon. In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in empowering residents to regain functional independence and improve their quality of life through customized therapy programs tailored to their individual needs and goals. Your expertise will help foster a sense of confidence as residents work towards achieving greater autonomy in their daily activities.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Patient Volume: 7 patients per day / 35 patient visits per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to create personalized therapy strategies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that align with residents’ goals and medical recommendations.
- Monitor progress, adjust approaches as needed, and celebrate patient achievements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
- At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a preference for skilled nursing facilities.
- Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and regulations.
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and healthcare software.
