Salary:

$120,000 to $130,000 per year

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs.
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic strategies and adaptive techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and across age groups preferred.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in occupational therapy.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
