Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Location: Springfield, Missouri

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We’re seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic orthopedic outpatient clinic in Missouri. If you’re passionate about helping individuals rebuild strength, restore function, and reclaim their daily lives, we want to hear from you.

Our clinic is known for its comprehensive and patient-centered approach to orthopedic rehabilitation. We work with a wide range of individuals recovering from upper extremity injuries, post-surgical conditions, repetitive stress issues, and more. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll help patients return to the activities that matter most—both at work and at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Focus on restoring functional use of hands, arms, and upper body for daily activities
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, adaptive equipment, and home programs
• Collaborate closely with physical therapists, physicians, and support staff
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote long-term independence and injury prevention

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills in upper extremity and orthopedic rehab
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• A passion for helping patients overcome physical challenges and regain function
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred, but not required—new grads welcome!
