Empower Lives as a Physical Therapist Assistant!
Are you looking for an opportunity to positively impact others? As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will be integral to our residents' rehabilitation journeys. Join us and contribute to their recovery in a supportive environment that values compassionate care.
Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Your Role:
- Assist in evaluating residents’ physical capabilities to develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Implement individualized treatment strategies designed by Physical Therapists to improve mobility and strength.
- Monitor residents' progress during therapeutic exercises and report findings to the supervising PT.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our residents.
- Offer education and support to families on effective home therapy practices.
- Uphold all professional standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
Requirements:
- Must have AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Currently active PTA state license
- Must have 2 years of experience in orthopedic.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
