We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a PTA, you will collaborate closely with our licensed Physical Therapist to deliver outstanding care and support to our patients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Physical Therapist in conducting patient evaluations and assessments with care and professionalism
  • Implement treatment plans and adjust exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist, ensuring patient well-being is the top priority
  • Supervise and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities with patience and encouragement
  • Apply various physical therapy modalities (e.g., heat, cold, electrical stimulation) to alleviate pain and enhance function while maintaining patient comfort and safety
  • Educate patients and their families on safe techniques for performing exercises and activities at home, offering guidance and support
  • Track patient progress and document treatment outcomes in a detailed and compassionate manner
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records with attention to detail

Salary: 60,000 to $80,000 yearly plus full benefits

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a CAPTE-Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
  • Must have a PTA LICENSE in the state, AAS PTA DEGREE
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
