Join Our Team: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Clinic
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
Location: Modesto, California
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are currently looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you’ll assist Physical Therapists in delivering care plans, supporting patient goals, and maintaining a high standard of therapy services in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Instruct, motivate, and assist patients in therapeutic exercises and activities
- Document patient responses and progress accurately in the EMR system
- Assist in preparing therapy areas and equipment
- Monitor patient safety during sessions and adjust treatment as necessary
- Foster a positive, motivating environment for all patients
- Maintain open communication with the supervising PT and clinical team
Qualifications:
- California Physical Therapist Assistant License (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- CPR/BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Previous outpatient experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
