Seeking Full-time Experienced Physical Therapist at Precision Physical Therapy in South Houston, TX

We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Physical Therapists to join our team. Our team of dedicated Physical Therapists possesses at least five years of experience treating a wide range of conditions, allowing us to provide comprehensive and effective care. As board-certified professionals by the American Physical Therapy Association, our Physical Therapists are well-versed in the latest techniques and modalities, ensuring top-notch treatment.

Our specialties include back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, tendonitis and bursitis, sprains and strains, fractures, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance and gait deficits. We develop personalized treatment plans that may include hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities like heat, ice, or electrical stimulation, and patient education.


Work Schedule:

  • We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours, allowing you to find the schedule that suits your needs.
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Administer hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote pain relief, improve mobility, and restore function.
  • Educate patients on proper body mechanics, posture, and injury prevention techniques.
  • Monitor and track patients' progress throughout the treatment process and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment interventions and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • Minimum of five years of clinical experience in treating various conditions.
  • Proficient in the use of advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address patients' rehabilitation needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Salary:

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
