Physical Therapist Opportunity in New Jersey
Location: Ridgefield Park, New Jersey
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

Our outpatient rehabilitation center brings together a team of skilled professionals, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Medical Providers to create comprehensive and effective treatment plans that support patient recovery.

We’re seeking a licensed and team-oriented Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team. You’ll work closely with clinicians across multiple disciplines to deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient population ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain and sports injuries. This is a great opportunity for a PT who thrives in a collaborative setting.

Who are we looking for?

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey (required)
  • Degree from an accredited PT program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
  • New grads welcome; outpatient experience preferred

What you will do:

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary team to align on care strategies and treatment goals.
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy focusing on functional recovery, strength, balance, and mobility.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on recovery techniques and at-home exercises.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
