Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) needed.

You will be responsible for managing the center and providing rehabilitation services to individuals who are sick, injured, or incapacitated.

Responsibilities:

• Executes therapy plan for each patient with a focus on early intervention and same day evaluation
• Creates a professional and collaborative working environment with full colleague participation that promotes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient safety
• Works with DTO to identify clinical improvement opportunities
• Fosters relationships with employers, referral sources and payer groups through routine communications and engagement opportunities

Qualifications:

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of life

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000per year, based on caseload.
