Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) needed.
Your administrative duties will not include the rehabilitative services you offer to the center's sick, injured, or disabled customers.
Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible
Responsibilities:
- Works with DTO to identify clinical improvement opportunities
- Fosters relationships with employers, referral sources and payer groups through routine communications and engagement opportunities
- Masters use of clinical systems to ensure efficient and excellent supportive documentation, appropriate and optimal coding levels, charge capture, and follow-through on all patient care orders
- Ensures compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations
- Drives patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics
- Consistently demonstrates all components of the Physical Therapy Guidebook
Qualifications:
- Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of life
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000per year, based on caseload.
