Role Description:

We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to guide patients in recovering their movement and reaching their optimal physical potential. In this position, you will focus on improving patients' quality of life and mobility by applying targeted strategies for prevention, assessment, intervention, and rehabilitation. Your role will be essential in helping individuals achieve their personal health goals through tailored therapy and support.

Job Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:00AM-5:00PM)

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per with full benefits

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Keep detailed records of patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and continued improvement.
  • Work closely with other healthcare providers to deliver a comprehensive approach to patient care and recovery.
  • Provide guidance on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and effective self-care techniques to promote recovery and maintain physical health.
  • Create and execute personalized physical therapy plans tailored to each patient's specific conditions and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs related to musculoskeletal health.

Essential Qualifications for This Role:

  • Possess a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and practice requirements.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, demonstrating a proven track record in managing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic conditions and treatments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
