Join our team as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Job Position:
Each of our therapists is on a path to specialize in either orthopedics or sports therapy. If you’re passionate about hands-on physical therapy and eager to work with a team using the latest techniques in manual therapy, we want to work with you.
Job Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:00AM-5:00PM)
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 with full benefits
What You’ll Do:
- Build rapport and relationships with our patients! Understand THEIR GOALS!
- Provide engaging one-on-one care with patients, allowing them to feel heard during evaluations
- Develop physical rehabilitation programs to help patients
- Create personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients
- Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals for advanced care
- Document accurate patient care history in a timely manner
- Maintain professional knowledge and technical progress in order to provide clients with the best treatment program available
- Evaluate patient condition regarding physical and basic mental health
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited education program
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- At least 3-4 years of Experience in areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, acute care, and outpatient settings
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills, especially the ability to show compassion for patients coming from all walks of life
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
