Job Description:

As a Full-Time Physical-Therapist you will play a crucial role in our patients' recovery journeys. You’ll work closely with individuals of all ages, developing tailored treatment plans that empower them to regain their strength and independence. Your expertise and compassion will be at the forefront of our patient-centered care approach.

The position is available now.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine patients’ physical needs.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and exercises to aid rehabilitation.
  • Educate patients and their families about their treatment plans and encourage participation in their recovery process.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting is a plus, but we welcome new graduates as well!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
