Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice. Our focus is on providing patient-centered, high-quality academic medicine in a compassionate and equitable manner. Salary:
  • $95,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits.
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday 8 am - 4 pm
Patient Volume:
  • 1-2 patient per hour

Types of Patients: Geriatric Patients and Adults

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to enhance mobility and strength.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-management strategies.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary for optimal results.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments based on patient response.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of previous clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
